While shopping, Jenny spotted a 1,000 litre Handy Tank consisting of a marine grade bladder housed within a zinc plated steel frame, hoses, fittings AND an attractive well made cover. Packaged as a flat pack for easy cartage and at a remarkable price of around $200; Jenny was quick to recognise a bargain!
After preparing a base, Jenny learnt she needed to purchase suitable downpipe diverters to connect hoses from the downpipe to the tank but the realisation the hoses would create head and chest high barriers was a major concern!
After contacting AQUATREK, a SUPADIVERTA was plumbed with its overflow set below the tank's maximum capacity to eliminate the need for a tank overflow. A 19mm polypipe was then fitted to the SUPADIVERTA'S second outlet and plumbed (through a protective cover) under the pathway to a bottom inlet at the back of the tank.
19mm polypipe was also connected to the flush and third outlets and inline taps fitted as interim measures. SUPADIVERTA was then painted to match the downpipe.

By using SUPADIVERTA, the water is CLEANER and the installation NEATER, SAFER and CHEAPER than if other methods were used.
